I used 2 VTOL engines, so getting it to stay close to the ground and fixed in one place in the air is quite hard. so you're correct acer, it's more for flying around. if you put landing gear on it then you will be able to land without it shattering to pieces. make sure the center of mass is still aligned with the center of lift though.
