Well, it's no use now as I was informed what happened. Around a year ago my IP was used by an imposter and attached the site. Andrew said the ban will be lifted shortly, so It is mostly solved.
@traindude48 I might of just found the problem. There are two ip addresses in my grandparents house, the main one (banned) and the guest one (not banned) I will hmage to the unbanned and see if that works
