You press an arrow next to the reply button on a comment. It shows down a list, which has "Report" "Permalink" "Delete" "Edit" (Delete is only if you made the comment, as well as Edit.) and "Block User". Press Block User and the person you blocked will not be able to contact you again for 3 days I think. If you block yourself then you can unblock yourself easily.
@SimpleFlow DisferGoatz was a huge failure, but that didn't mean he could have a happy life. But one day, so many P-51s showed up at once, he sadly died. Nobody cared.

And yes, I've heard of the Central Park incident, but now almost every kid besides me and our next door neighbors ( and a guy that doesn't own a phone) play on it, and it annoys me when j want to enjoy the outdoors and I get bombarded by 7 year old kids saying "Stop stepping on that Pokemon!" "Get away from the Pokemon!" So yep, that's why I'll never get it.
