To be honest, if I ever made a mod (would if I could) and someone asked "ANDROID PLZ" (pls don't block me, this is an example) then I would not even bother. If they politely asked (Are you considering a version for android?) then I might.
Basically, if they asked, they're sabatoging their chance of ever getting an android version.
And no, I'm not making any mods anyways (as it's just an example, besides I'm an iOS peanut so I can't make mods anyways XD)
Maybe a setting where you can remove the UI and tilt the device to make the plane fly.

Edit: The fly by tilting does exist (Gyro controls) but the UI is still there.
But honestly I think an option to hide the UI is a great one, for example teasers without having that UI to ruin the teaser pics.
