AI and map update. Should've already been done waaaay before. It's nice that we have new weapons and parts and xml properties, but it's just a very shortlived distraction from the fact how extremely stale the default map is.
Basically, 1.10 should be the User Voice update (except multiplayer, that's a whole different beast);

Actual weather (not just a phantom force called "wind", let us see the raindrops, make the runways slippery, ...)

All you have to do to see if it was stolen is look at the individual part ID patterns;
F-A1 nosecone: 556
F-A1 tail: 318
F-A1 mid-cockpit window separator: 290
DC-10 nosecone: 125
DC-10 tail: 326
DC-10 mid-cockpit window separator: 51
I also looked at some other random parts and found no correlation, therefore I can safely conclude that this aircraft has nothing to do with Matty's creation.

@avataxel limiting the FPS can increase the stability of the game. And I highly doubt that any mod could improve the optimization of the game without drastic changes to the source files.
@WeSeekANARCHY yeah, but who knows what they'll add... I remember people saying how there won't be jet engines in SR2... also for several years have we asked for engine particles and lights and stuff and SR2 is getting all of that in no time
