While I can't relate to the situation you're in, I do know that reaching out and speaking with someone is the best thing to do. If you need something more local, please reach out to them and talk to a Therapist or Psychologist. I can't guarantee my assistance much more than this as I'm not experienced in these situations but I wish you the the best going forward.
