@Nightraider no that's a bicycle with one wheel.
Its the device that keeps a segway from tipping and a one wheeled motorcycle from crashing.
Its a simple mechanic machine that keeps something(usually the Center) balanced. It can take momentum and keep an object upright as long as there is enough energy going into the movement of the gyro
