@Destroyerz117 have you ever heard of "Part transform tool" that was added in 1.7? The purpose of it is to make it easier for iOS users to fine tune and clip parts.
I like it, but the part clipping and underwater camera seems useless. We can clip parts using fine tuner/vanilla part transform. And there's nothing much to see underwater, no corals, plants, etc just a plain, empty underwater terrain. I'd suggest improve the water and snow physics.
Booting to safe mode by force shutdown is unsafe and may damage your compute. Use this tutorial to boot your compute in safe mode easily. Make sure you boot with Safe Mode with Networking to use the internet normally, Safe Mode only doesn't support networking.

@Hayhayjam664 OHHH.... Then try not to boot in safe mode. Classic theme and no internet means your computer is in safe mode I think.
