The artificial horizon is made of beacon lights most likely, and relies on a gyro attached to a floppy rotator to keep the horizon line. It's is very well made. @F4f879
Personally, I think you've got quite a variety of creations now, which is good as you'll quickly grasp at new concepts ect. You are really quite skilled at lettering, something that I'll need to improve on. WW2 planes are quite obviously your forte, which is quite alright. Overall, if you keep these standards up, you'll do excellently!
(P.S. I sometimes get paranoid of losing saves, so I upload an unlisted every once in a while.)
Well, remember how you wanted a P-47D? You happen to be in luck (kind of). I'm currently making a P-47N, though it's way over 800 parts, but maybe you'll be interested? @Zerokiller3
I would suggest you try them, their not as daunting as they look, especially if the default WWII engine just doesn't work with the plane. Simply make one and mirror it to the other side and just angle around slowly. @CRJ900Pilot
Sorry, I'm an iOS user, I don't have access to XML options. As for the cowl flaps, they are throttle controlled and close in relation to the throttle. Not entirely realistic, but the best option by far. @CRJ900Pilot
Looks like we work at the same rate, all I need to do are the cockpit and the landing gear (though I need to cut out the spaces for it in the wings, which is why it'll take a while). Do you wanna see it? @F4f879
There's only one problem with the model I made below, specifically that the rotators need to be delayed slightly so that the process is reversed perfectly, otherwise the rotators rotate too fast and miss the "track". It's also very tedious too. @doge
What if you try putting a rotator on every garage door piece, all attached to a piston, and then when you VTOL, you can make them go up and straighten out?
Test link @Johndfg
I think it's just cause your creations are quite niche. They're not the most popular categories/genres. Release time of creation can effect its performance on the website too, generally avoiding night time in the US and Europe.
I've basically restarted with all the fusalage and the wings. However, the basic body is done, I just need to do the interior, LG, engines, turrets, and paint job. I've been really busy the past month, so I haven't much time to work on it. Should have time when school years finishes. @F4f879
There are thousands of accounts that never post anything, there's no way the mods can find every single account that a guy may use to buff his follower no. @MrDoolittle
While you make many good WW2 planes, there’s very little variation within them. Their always only American, have a radial prop and are fighter aircrafts. Your wings are also quite disappointing. Everyone knows how to make wings like that, and the fact that you rescale the wings exaggerates the awkward transition from fuselage to wing panel. If you tried just getting 2 fuselages that were layered in such a way were the bottom one was flat while the top one was angled, even that would produce a better result than what your doing now. Then again, take my advice with a grain of salt, you’ve obviously been more successful than me. ;)
What ChiChi described can be caused by part mirroring. @Marine
Yes it can @Marine
I meant that mirroring can cause the problem @Marine
Or different attachment points in wings ect when mirroring.

It's been awhile since I've done a camo like this, but I'll see what I can do. @Razor3278

Well, it ain’t over yet,
@F4f879
EpicPigster, he usually does most of my XML, although I have a collection of saved parts that I use often in my sub assemblies. @CRJ900Pilot
With the part transform tool and the individual mirroring. @CRJ900Pilot
For me it doesn't. Have you tried recently, the recent update fixed that problem. @CRJ900Pilot

Personally no, but she's already quite tanky, other than the wings. @CRJ900Pilot
Thank you! @Awsomur @DarthAbhinav @CRJ900Pilot
Shame there isn't much infomation on it compared to the more famous P-47D, but she does look quite nice with the bubble canopy. @Razor3278
Cheers guys!

Hey @F4f879,
How’s the P-47 going?
Seems like that’s probably the best way to go, it’ll save you some parts too. Looks really good now though! @Johndfg
What if you try tracks, same mech but with floppy rotators? Sorta like this, and to combat the bouciness you can limit the angle.
@Johndfg

Looks absolutely amazing, can't wait to see where this goes!
Huh, that's pretty cool. Wish I could see them one day.
@JunkyardLeader
Well, why not try something 21st century?
@EpicPigster1
As what Ginger said, believe you havent made a single heavy bomber.
Replicas, specifically Jets or WW2. People adore that stuff
@TheNightmare811
Quite underrated, very nice

Well, I'm looking to make the P-47N Meat Chopper, looks like we'll have two contrasting builds!
@EpicPigster1
Well, time to get cracking then
@EpicPigster1 @F4f879
Ok, that'll be interesting
@EpicPigster1 @F4f879
Just the rear wheel (which is a bit large) and the rear of the fusalage (which tapers in a bit more), @F4f879
This is quite nice, there are just a few things that are out of proportions though.
Maybe, but as @AquaDynamixx implied, I might want to vary it up a bit later on, especially since I need to get the 747 done. @temporaryaccount
Just the B-25, there isn't much else. @temporaryaccount

@F4f879
Hm, maybe. I might, if I can do the nose art...

Don't tag a mod for silly reasons, @DarthAbhinav, they already have to deal with other stuff
I’m surprised that this works so well in terms of mimicking the AoA if the craft. Good job with this one!

It's on hold, you won't see it till later in the month @QingyuZhou @snowflake
Just check your proportions, the tail seems a bit small. Detail wise, it looks pretty good.
Huh, I'm making one of these too now. Good job with this one though!
Very nice entries by all competitors, this was a very nice challange
Ah, it's still a while away, need to really good builds or 3 decent ones. But yeah, time does pass quickly. @temporaryaccount
