The RAF unit markings are a nice touch. Though cool, not sure if the real thing would have had the huge, honkin' missiles firing from perches placed precariously over the fuselage and taking flight right over the cockpit, but it would have been a sight for the pilot to see!
BTW, how did you bury the engines in iOS, did you clip the engine to one side the rear fuse to the other and then mirror both parts? I found that iOS was holding back some of my builds, doable, but almost impossible to bury engines was just one issue...
@Pilotmario ok...my sympathy is this: When you rebuild it, your project might be better for losing your progress. When this happens to me, I'm like you, lamenting the loss. Then, I find that more often than not, I can redo what I lost better than I did before because I carried over the lessons from my first attempt. Persevere, finish your project and tag me when you're done.
Uh...no...plus the upvote system is totally a user-based system. The only way the devs can influence that is to feature a build, so the system is free of influence. The only audience who votes are other users who've been through what you are experiencing right now, the frustration of having your creations failing to generate upvotes and points. We've all been through it, so don't let it bug you too much, points will come in time...
The tail (horizontal stab) appears to be too small, increasing its size, and that of the elevator, would help get the nose up on takeoff at lower speeds. Also, flaps don't work the same way in SP as they work in real life...they don't really cause a lift increase, but they do cause a pitch change, often nose down. But...yeah...I would try and make the horizontal stab larger because it definitely looks too small. Hope that works because it's a really nice looking build so far.
Good thing to point out, but I don't think the actual scale is the problem here, the conversion is easy for anyone who's considered making a 1:1 replica. The bigger issue is the size of certain stock parts, especially the engines. Most of the larger engines (BFE150, large piston engine) have a diameter of 2 units, which makes them 3.3 ft wide. For the F-15 or other modern fighters, this is way too small. In order to make a realistic build, you either have to scale up the engines first or build using the correct proportions, then scale up using Fine Tuner.
I don't normally upvote non-aircraft...and this is a battleship...but, guess what?! It also flies, so it's also an aircraft! Plus, it's one of the most detailed and original creations of late, so I'm enthusiastically upvoting and spotlighting!
@Sunnyskies, you need to check this one out!
Nice build, spotlighted!...I would have put the insignia with the point up (forward) 😀

Very fluid, I like it.
How about a boom tanker?
I like it.
@GhostHTX was built before SP had trim for control surfaces, so I had to do something to make it trimmable!
My version, also iOS: ChiChiWerx's F-4, many of same concepts to build this one.

Looks great. You can edit your posts by selecting "Edit" on the little downward pointing arrow which opens up a dropdown menu.
Cool and interesting project, I've never seen a DXXIII on this site before...

Too bad this was run and closed a long time ago, but you should see this: A-4P
You are criminally underrated, my friend! I also visited your site, many nice builds there.

You only lost 1 1/2 hours of progress? That's really not that much, wait until you lose 1 1/2 days of a build...!

Nice...
Wonder if it would land better if it had custom gear...no pressure 😁
@AaltonenIndustries you didn't delete your SHCow account, did you?
@XxcreedexX yeah...sorry, I know I've upvoted a few of your builds, so you're definitely a quality player
@Kt1578 thanks! I just haven't been building at a rate to get my points up there beyond gold.
@Kt1578 agree; your A-10 is very nice as well! Sorry for missing it the first time!
@Verterium he has fewer points than I do, but yeah, agreed
@Timeocreates, @ShrimpRex, @Unsung666

Wow, superb, will have to try it out on my PC, though.
Well, at least it looks really good, just like an An-2 should!
Well, if it was a real car, I would want one!
@Tully2001, thanks! Also, don't know if you saw this one, similar idea, also some very pleasing lines...FRH-212B Navy
I tried to Spotlight this one, but I reached my max number of Spotlights for the day!
Nice cross between an F-35 and an F-18, wish I could Spotlight, but am at my Spotlight max for the day!
I really like the shape of this one...
Nice, plus if you move the gear to the engine pods and tweak the fuselage shape, you'd have a pretty decent replica of an He-219 Uhu.
Nice, simple build, captures the Typhoon's essence IMHO!
Very nice representation, would get more attention if it had a description!
Nice, like the simplicity. I invite you to check out my version of same fighter, same concept as yours.

+1@SimpleFlow I particularly liked this one: Blohm und Voss, but there are quite a few good ones, including your F9F.

Clever
Nice...says you created this on iOS, so how did you manage to turn the fuselage pieces 45 degrees?
Nice details!
@JoddyFubuki788 perhaps we shall meet in combat...though you have the specs to best my Super Viper!
Nice, I like it, more realistic and better thought out than most of the entrants!
@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation @hopotumon thanks!
