Burst count is the amount of ammo in a burst before the gun stops firing, assuming the TimeBetweenBursts has a value. TBB is actually cool down time for the gun.
Try putting a high value in the rate of fire and put a lot of spread in the gun (300). You'll have an effective flyswatter.

@TheFlyingWallnut the thrust jet is composed of 60% water, so that's why I didn't use a normal TP. Also, those white panels are actually cardboard... You know, office folder. Gets wet easily.
