As demonstrated on on the last tournament, the Sea Star D cannot exceed 760mph, even if you put astronomical values in Overload.
By the way...
On my plane it was:
Power=10000
Max RPM=8100 (over this limit and you won't like it)
Ingame equivalent would be a T100 at 5000hp.
It accelerates from 0 to 759 in just 0.5 sec!
How it reaches 1400mph? Heavily modded J15s right at the prop nacelle, giving it a propfan appearance.
