How to get there? Take off from Wright then turn left to 280. There you'll see a patch of flat land surrounded by mountains on three sides and the sea to the south.

While using @Athaya's dank reflective blocks, I investigated what the island looks like. Scanning even more, I realized: ITS THE WRIGHT PLAINS.Why wasn't it added?Because it's already there! Try using a very reflective cube, look at its bottom panel.
