Use stabilators by attaching horizontal stabilizors with rotator. Set the rotator input as VTOL and remove the control surface from horizontal stabilizors.
you can try the predecessors of delta dagger. Some of them are with stabilators (full moving tail) instead of fixed elevators with control surfaces and always read instructions before using!! Upvote is entirely your choice

If possible then increase the distance between CoM and CoF little bit after increasing the elevator control surfaces.
Looks great bro! Flies well too! Just mod VTOL engine by increasing the max by 1 and increase the control surface of elevators little bit.

Take off, Speed and color are very good! Just solve the CoM and CoT issue for better handling
