I've kinda asked a whole bunch, but I've had no luck finding the version of this mod WITH scaling and the ability to scale only the selected part. So far I've found the one with scaling, but nothing further. could you give me any help with this?
Don't get me wrong, I love when someone makes a great addition to my planes, but please try to do something other than adding more engines or guns, and give credit as well. Other than that, happy building!

It'd also be interesting if clans were a separate page on the web site, and every week or so, there would be a clan v clan dogfight competition, and the overall winners move up in standings; effectively, points wouldn't make a clan better, only their battle ranking/ building skill.
when you do just that in a now-swiss cheese i-16, only to lose all momentum and crash right before the runway :(

I'm not sure about weight, but drag is re-calculated at the start of the simulation, so you cannot change it through xml

Most likely it's because your control surfaces are too big. Make them longer and thinner, and the problem should be fixed.

Yeah, sorry 'bout that @Alasar. I tried sticking stabilizers inside the fuselageto fix this, but it didn't really help much.
