You've made one heck of a plane! The looks are already amazing, and performs well. Only problem thus far would be some instability and I get a weird collision problem with vtol up. Other than that, fantastic job!
The more time spent on builds, the better they get. Also, keep an eye out for xml modded parts (EG: high power engines, custom rotated parts) that will make your builds more intricite and stand out. Really, though, figure out what's something you'd love to build and practice; make many variations before posting, and also try sketching out a design prior to creating it. It'll take some time and effort, but trust me, you'll get better.
