I've seen this design before and the rules that the developers posted is you aren't allowed to copy someone else's design unless you tweak it i.e.: Making it better like improving stability or agility. Not simply repainting the cockpit like you have here and calling it your own.

@Razor228 Hmm maybe you did something wrong. Normally it freaks out and hovers even without the engines on.
