@Shipmaster first thing I see wrong, it's ONE army, no suppliers.
Follow my example:

It's as simple as that.. Plus it must be an ACTUAL name.. CA is the abbreviations for my army but it must be spelled out fully. Plus you forgot a TEAM.
@Shipmaster like my army is based on fighter aircraft, you would make a vehicle based on the army that you are.. I would build a fighter since my army is good with fighters..

@Astron1 the other bases are simply told to make fake, crappy designs. They have no knowledge of the main base.
