    @Delphinus Thank you!

  • GrassMaster 6.9 years ago

    @hopotumon Thank you, but I am no master...I crash out most of the time. But sometimes I have a good one :)

  • Riding Dirty 6.9 years ago

    @Alienbeef0421 Sorry! Sometimes these things happen.

  • GrassMaster 6.9 years ago

    @KiNo @SkullAndCrossbones Thanks!

  • AMX Leclerc 2A2 6.9 years ago

    @marcox43 sorry!

  • Dampfwanze XII 6.9 years ago

    Good race, my friend. This is still the coolest off-road racer around. I'm lucky you were lazy this time!

  • GrassMaster 6.9 years ago

    @SuperSanic Thanks. You have a good car.

    The king returns in triumph.

  • Gull Racer 7.0 years ago

    @EarthwormJim Ha, thanks. I didn't test it very much and the results were very predictable.

    @mikoyanster
    Thank you! You did a good job once again with the videos.

  • Racing challenge! 7.1 years ago

    @Alienbeef0421 Haha.

    @MeawkQ If you like racing, you should participate in the tournaments. They happen once every few weeks or so. There was one on Gold Prix a few months ago; you can watch the video of it (and any other tournament).

  • F1 Money Drawer 7.1 years ago

    You've got a good one here. Good luck.

  • J-123C Tyro 7.1 years ago

    @hopotumon @Athaya @Rosse Thanks!

  • Oceanview 7.1 years ago

    @Alienbeef0421 Not me, friend. I'll be going much slower (and crashing anyway). And I think KiNo may have finally gotten bored of winning. I hope he turns up, but I'm not sure he will.

  • J-123C Tyro 7.1 years ago

    @hopotumon You want to use it for something? Sure, go ahead.

  • AA Dropout 7.2 years ago

    Wow, heavy stuff here. :)

  • Big Ugly 7.2 years ago

    @Baldovino Thank you, but yours is much better. :)

  • Big Ugly 7.2 years ago

    @GrumpyRacing Thanks! Sorry it worked out that way.

  • Slugger 7.2 years ago

    @ACMECo1940
    thanks

  • J-123C Tyro 7.2 years ago

    @ShatSlanger Thank you. You are right, the wings are goofy. :)

  • Eagle Pass 7.2 years ago

    @Baldovino @GrumpyRacing Are we sure about that? I think that the mechanism to remove the fuel in the tournament is probably the same as what's already in the game, and that doesn't stop the glitch plane. I think it just "blocks the fuel line" without removing the weight from the fuel. It's a bummer, but I think the glitch will work unless Andrew decides to change something.

  • Eagle Pass 7.2 years ago

    @Geekpride 's typhoon trembler can complete Eagle Pass in 1:05, no changes necessary. We may be entering a new era of glitch-plane dominance. :)

  • Vagabond 7.2 years ago

    @KiNo Thank you, but I believe you would have won! :)

  • Vagabond 7.2 years ago

    @Alienbeef0421 I'm sorry! Sometimes that's the way it goes. You had a good plane.

  • Typhoon Circuit 7.3 years ago

    Oh, boy.
    slowest, safest plane class + longest course = loooong tournament.
    I guess it won't be hard to catch at least some of it! :)

  • 6 Generation Fighter Challenge! [Secret Phase] 7.3 years ago

    @mikoyanster thank you for all the upvotes! You don't have to keep doing that.

  • A-123 Sandstorm 7.3 years ago

    @JoddyFubuki788 Thank you! Your plane is very nice.

  • Motor Mirage 7.3 years ago

    @AudioDud3
    Oh, boo. That's silly. He wins because he's very good, of course. Nothing "suspicious".

  • F-123 7.3 years ago

    @mikoyanster
    Again, thank you!

  • A-123 Sandstorm 7.3 years ago

    @mikoyanster
    Haha, lucky me! My 2 planes fought well. Thank you for doing this challenge, it was a lot of fun and it's obvious that you put a lot of work into it.

  • Motor Mirage 7.3 years ago

    Why no love for the winner? Congrats @KiNo

  • A-123 Sandstorm 7.3 years ago

    @mikoyanster thanks!

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @Alienbeef0421 Yep, 12 wheels. I'm pretty sure there have been other iOS winners...maybe it has been a little while since the last one.

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @Typhlosion130 Yep, you have to look for the sweet spot.

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @Typhlosion130 Your wheels are too small to go any faster. If you made them bigger and narrower, say 3.5/50% or something like that, the car would go faster.

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @plane918273645
    To get floating parts, you need to use a pc, so I don't think I can help you there. But the engines were placed using the ancient iOS technique known as "part-clipping". Here is how you do it:

    1. Place the part where you want it to go so that it looks like it's attached, but it's colored red because there is another part blocking it.

    2. Press the rotate button 4 times so that the part rotates 360 degrees and is back in its original orientation.

    3. Save the plane.

    4. Load the saved plane. Your part should be connected now.

    Hope that helps. You can do this process repeatedly to put many objects in the same place, like the engines on this car.

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @RedstoneAeroAviation Well, there's no rule against it. People have used floating parts in tournaments before, so there is a precedent. And since the parts themselves aren't actually modded, the computer can't tell that there's anything unusual. They can't ban floating parts because they wouldn't be able to enforce the rule anyway, you see?

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @boBylliB Thanks! That's the goal.

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @SuperSanic Oh...sorry if I sounded pretentious. I just didn't want you to think my claim was unfounded.

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @SuperSanic Oh, I gotcha. Well, the mobile version also goes 24 seconds, and with minor tweaking can go 23/24. And when I tested it on my phone against kiNo's 24-second car, it still won by a narrow margin. So, I do believe it could have won. But it doesn't really matter, does it? It was just a thought, no biggie :)

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @JovianPat thanks!

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @SuperSanic Sorry, man-no, what?

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @KSPFSXandSP It is indeed legal. The unfortunate thing is, even if they wanted to ban floating parts, there's no easy way to check for it using code. But if you'd prefer a version without floating bits, here is version I just uploaded that has the parts connected. It's really not that much different; a little slower.

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @jamesPLANESii haha, thanks.

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @GrumpyRacing I got you- here is a version that is 100% made within the iOS editor (except for disabled collisions). It is marginally slower than the one used in the tourney, but I believe it still would have won.

  • Gold Prix 7.4 years ago

    @Typhlosion130 @GrumpyRacing I did 98% of the building and testing on iOS, but in fairness, I did edit the xml on pc to remove the connecting pieces and disable collisions.

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @KSPFSXandSP The wheels and wings were originally connected to the body with thin structural panels, but I removed those and reattached everything by editing the xml file. That's how you can get floating parts-you manually edit the plane's xml file.

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    Thanks! And you made it to the semis, so it all went exactly according to plan, haha @GrumpyRacing

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    Woohoo, I finally won one! It only took me 9 months and 16 tries :) Thanks, everybody!

  • SuperLooper 7.4 years ago

    @KiNo Thanks, but it's not over yet!
