@Authros be warned: if you increase the torso speed, it may torque itself too hard and fall over. I had that problem, and that's why the torso speed is slow.
@PlanesOfOld I did it on high settings just fine. I just had to reattach the vertical stabilizer since it kept coming loose. After than, as long as I detached as soon as it loaded it was fine.
I actually managed to fly it pretty far before I ran out of fuel I was over the ocean and trying to circle back and gain some altitude so I could land when my fuel burned out, so I had to make a water landing. Surprisingly, this flies rather well, if not a little wobbly.
@THEaviator It is similar. They are both parasol wing flying boats with a high mounted, center-line engine. The Libella, however, is a single seat sport aircraft that lacks landing gear, and the Seagull is a much larger multi-crew amphibian designed for SAR operations.
Flies really well.
The proportions of the plane seem a little odd, like maybe the fuselage is too long, or the wings are too short...
However, I really dig the way you built the engines into the wings. The over all wing design on this plane is really hot!
Anyway, good job!
@PlanesOfOld The concept is not my own. It is simply my own take on it. Look up Long EZ on google and you'll see what I mean. There are actually quite a few kit planes that use this wing arrangement, because it's super stable and great for budding pilots.

Not bad. I love parasol wing seaplanes. You might want to add some pontoons, or a wider section on the hull to help stabilize it in the water.
@KingDeadshot I don't get 17-30 notifications a day :( Must be something wrong with me... j/k :P
For frack sake this is getting old...
A little squirly, but not bad.
@THEaviator That's cool, but when borrowing from other people's designs you really should give them credit.
Interesting. Pretty sure that's the body, tail-section, and pontoons from my seagull. Wonder why it's not posted as a successor...

@THEaviator Nope. It's 100% scratch built based on pictures on google images.
@PlanesOfOld It's about time AMIRIGHT?
Man, I can't believe I haven't rated this yet! Great plane man, love that radiator cowling. Great work!
Looks good, but I don't have beta so I can't fly it. You should try making the F-15 ACTIVE. I've yet to see a good model of that on this site.
@Authros Thanks! Glad you like it.
@Eric314 Thanks! It's about time :P
Really cool concept. I can't download it because I don't have the beta, but it looks fantastic!
@JMicah4 Well thanks! Looks like I got it :D
@JMicah4 Did I win something?
@Wakescar lol! Yeah, you gotta be gentle with those old seaplanes!
@PlanesOfOld Kind of. All Donier seaplanes have roughly the same design elements. Even their newest planes look similar to their aging cousins.
Pretty awesome for a wonky prototype. I'm sure you'll get this one figured out pretty quick.
@UnknownVectors He just uploaded it man, give him a few minutes.

Still very tough to control, but definitely a HUGE step in the right direction.
Looks great in the editor, but the wings break when I load into the game.
Interesting. So I take it you're on a rocket kick now?
@Jheffernan Thanks!
So... when was this contest going to be judged?
Nice modification. Aside from the nose wanting to pitch down, and a little wing wobbling, it works rather well.
@Hypnoticchicken lol. No worries. I wasn't mad or anything >_>
Controls are a bit dodgy. Tends to veer left when taking off. Looks great though.
A better challenge would be to build a replacement for the B-2. That's a challenge I'd gladly join.
Very cool modification. Works surprisingly well. Kind of like a hang-car.
@Austinowen thanks ^_^
Not bad
@PlanesOfOld Ah. Your description wasn't up yet when I first downloaded.
Why doesn't it have any power? Am I not doing it right?
@Vikdesigns I think they're cool. I just don't build them myself.
@Vikdesigns that means this will probably be my last feature :C
So it can be any futuristic plane, or just passenger planes?
Cool! Seen any "donuts-on-a-string" contrails lately?
@CapitalTechnologies Sorry to hear that :C
@JMicah4 Oh this model flies. Remarkably well too.
@JMicah4 kind of. It used wing in ground effect and only had a maximum altitude of about 10 meters.
Wow! Thanks everyone! Can't believe I got featured again :D

Here's a rating to bump this up a bit.
@Mattmck Yes! The Seagull did bear a striking resemblance to the larger Consolidated aircraft! Glad Someone else noticed this, as well.
@DeathFromAbove Thanks! Glad you like it!
