"HMS Hood (pennant number 51) was the last battlecruiser built for the Royal Navy. Commissioned in 1920, she was named after the 18th-century Admiral Samuel Hood. One of four Admiral-class battlecruisers ordered in mid-1916, Hood had design limitations, though her design was revised after the Battle of Jutland and improved while she was under construction. For this reason she was the only ship of her class to be completed. Despite the appearance of new and more modern ship designs over time, Hood remained the largest and most powerful warship in the world for twenty years after her commissioning and her prestige was reflected in her nickname "The Mighty Hood"." -Wikipedia__1 Activates frontal batteries, 2 Activates rear batteries, 3 and 4 activate the anti aircraft guns, roll steers the vessel, trim controls gun elevations, vtol controls gun rotation. Yes I know Hood has torpedoes, there was a problem though with them as when attacking other vessels it would be one shotted by the torpedo detonation. If you want a Denmark strait type one shot, add a resized boom 50 in the ammo magazines.

    I'll make a forum post soon with unlisted versions of Hood and Bismarck, and soon Prinz Eugen and Prince of Wales. Those versions of Hood and Bismarck will have a new Citadel system I'm working on added in for PVP where you have to detonate the resized Boom 50 in the citadel to call a kill in Multiplayer. Since damage is only client side you have to either trust the opponents word or post screenshots via discord message of the explosion.

    Which ship should I try making first? Prince of Wales or Prinz Eugen.

    @FlyingManiac three people survived.....
    @KerlonceauxIndustries those are main armaments magazines, Hood's Secondary magazine and Torpedo storage is in the center. And it was the secondary that went off first

    Why do so many people think the explosion was in the center of the ship? The magazine's are at the bow and stern under the guns.

    Anyways, I built Hood and Bismarck for a Denmark strait type PVP duel in multiplayer. You fight by calling kills when the green contact box disapears. Number of "restart here" is based on half the main armor belt thickness in inches. I heard rockets work in multiplayer at close range due to ram damage. Currently Bismarck is a bit crap at taking damage anywhere that isnt its armor belt. Im working to improve its survivability. Hood is fine how it is.

    This was confirmed by many sources like divers, Officers from Hood and Prince of Wales and the Captain too

    @FlyingManiac it was the 4 inch magazine that blew up first in the aft, then the fires from that explosion reached the aft magazine for 15 inch when blew up and sent the fires to the forward magazines for 15 inch which also blew up..... By the time Hood engaged Bismarck, Hood's Torpedo Tubes were removed before the war.

    @FlyingManiac Oh, I was watching a video and it said Bismarck hit Hood "Dead Center". But it would make more sense that the aft magazine caused the explosion due to the large collumn of fire that erupted.
