Inspired from @Yourlocalhuman's Reimerrten RR-20

Description

The Reimerrten RR-20M was an Oslovian 1970's era 4th generation fighter. When it first flew, in 1966, it was plagued with engine problems which are eventually solved later on. Production problems and lack of available engines delayed entry of the RR-20M into service until 1978. It remained in service till the 21st century.
