Auto Credit Based on flame0w's Torpedo Bomber Challenge [CLOSED]

Kerbal Industries had a design lying around. It seemed pretty nice, so the engineers developed this. This version has got torpedoes. If you are in a spin immediately lower flaps. The flaps also seem to help against the constant pitching up.
