Naval Fighter Wing 11 livery!

Naval Fighter Wing 11, unlike many other fleet defense squadrons, directly transitioned to the SCF-98N Seaking Ranger in 2026, unlike many other squadrons, who were either transitioned to the 5th generation SCF-71 Sentinel fleet defense stealth fighter, or were stuck with the older SCF-68N Sea Ranger I-SPEC. NFW-11 is currently stationed on the SNS Spirit of Polka, an Apollo-class carrier that was commissioned on March 29, 2020.

This specific aircraft was the 5th SCF-98N Seaking Ranger to be built and is number 03 in the squadron. It is piloted by Lieutenant Adam "Jerk" Kowalski, who affectionately got that callsign for his unstable landing approaches. The aircraft was delivered on January 13, 2026, just as the Crescent War in Iran was coming to a close. Kowalski would perform around 40 sorties during the war, enforcing Starcrest air superiority over Iranian forces, as well as strike high value targets during the Siege of Tehran, until the war's end on February 14, 2026.

Seakng Ranger here.
