C-19 Shenandoah

The largest Non-airship VTOL On the market, the C-19 Shenandoah was designed to allow the C-16B to land on a carrier... even though it could just dock alongside. Capable of an average of 120mph the aircraft requires constant rotor usage to stay aloft, but can carry a considerable payload for a considerable distance, and more than makes it a comfortable heavy VTOL for anyone to enjoy...

And now for the real story.
I decided to challenge myself so I wouldn't think about tossing myself off a bridge, by sticking Rotors on an Iowa and praying it flies. It didn't, but nothing but sheer Masochism allowed me to continue. The most refined tandem version still turned slower than the political left so I went for my standard stacked design, and 3 tunes later it worked, even though WHILST WRITING THE F*ING DESCRIPTION I remembered the Iowa could float anyway, and given this can't carry as much that effectively defeats any potential to have any purpose anyway. It's nothing but a big fat flying phallic pile of overcompensation at your disposal. I really only continued this to disprove an adage about how a HelIowa would be impossible.
