The Airpower SuperGlide is no "normal" glider. This little guy has flaps, and one other crucial feature that ensures your safety when the worst thing happens: your horizontal stabilizers come off.

For flaps, you put VTOL down.

Now, the crucial feature is called EMPC (Emergency Pitch Control). EMPC requires your flaps to be up (VTOL slider in the middle/default position) to ensure the plane will not lose control. EMPC uses the flaps as pitch control surfaces, so you can regain control and land. To activate the EMPC, you simply have to activate AG1.

CAUTION: Using the airbrake during an EMPC situation can cause you to lose control completely.
