Electric Explorer Mk II (Unlimited Range)

This plane has unlimited range, since it uses custom motors made out of rotators and small wings to generate thrust. It's easy to fly and very configurable. It has a low stall speed and takeoff speed, and it can take off and land from USS Beast both with and without the assistance of the catapult and arresting wires.

AG1 turns the motors on and off. Motor speed is controlled by the throttle.*

AG2 controls the arresting hook for carrier landings.

AG8 controls the gyroscope, which is placed near the plane's COM.

VTOL input controls the flaps on the wings.

Trim input controls the angle of the moveable horizontal stabilizers.

This plane doesn't need the gyro stabilization to fly, but it will hold a shallow climb at constant speed for quite a while after takeoff at full throttle with the gyro on. It has airbrakes and flaps, so it is capable of being configured for landing under many different conditions. On a long enough runway, it will take off on its own with no control input. Using flaps can shorten the takeoff distance. You can also take off using only elevator input.

*When you set the throttle to 0 or deactivate AG1, the motors may not cut off immediately, but they will turn off after a moment. This has to do with the equation used to make the rotators spin continuously.
