No attacking any country without a justification or casus belli.
Rapid militarization that will threaten all neighbors are confronted with sanctions and embargoes.
Will be considered a pariah state if invading everyone.
Don't spam sanctions and embargoes.
War if only provoked or attacked.
War crimes, such as genocides, massacres, and others will be condemned.
Any nation doing any war crimes will be sanctioned, embargoed, and will face political pressure.
