The Percival P.48 Merganser was a British light utility aircraft built by Percival AIrcraft Limited in 1947. 2 were built, but only one flew, G-AHMH. The other was used as a structural test airframe. G-AHMH first flew on the 9th of May 1947 from Luton Airport. The aircraft was cancelled due to the de Havilland Gipsy Queen 51 not being produced. It was then scrapped there at Luton in August 1948. The P.48 later led to the development of the Prince, Pembroke and President. There we're no colour photos of this aircraft so colours may not be 100% correct. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
