(OLD! check out the new version, may delete this one later idk)(Fictional!) on May 11th, 2022, FenceAir flight 555 took off from Boulder, CO for a short hop over/through the Rockies, but less than a hour after takeoff, the flight slammed into South Boulder Peak, killing all aboard.

upon playing the CVR, it was found that the Captain and F/O were distracted by the F/O's Smartphone, a Google Pixel 6 Pro, and weren't looking as they descended below their Cruising Altitude until their Right Wing was sheared off by the Ridge Between Bear Peak and Devil's Thumb.
it's the first fatal commercial Aviation accident involving a Smartphone.
