In 2029, the UWDP started building artificial lakes, rivers and oceans in Mars, opening the possibility for Water T/O and Landing Aircraft.

There was a request by the chief of the UWDP for a crew transport that would benefit of this.
The aircraft that would meet his desires was the MARS Shuttle, built by Logiz Tech between 2031 and 2048, that would carry 50 personell or 60 tons of cargo to orbit.

By 2031, the first Armada of 7 WTOL MARS Shuttles were sent to lower Mars orbit with about 350 personnel in total.
Following missions saw the Shuttle carrying cargo more often than personnel, as 60 tons of inter-planetary cargo was a very precious trait.

Statistics
Part count - 130
Max. speed - 7984 mph (Full inter-planetary thrust)
Max. altitude - 569880 feet (In-game with Full inter-planetary thrust)
Max. range - 3 trips to Jupiter and back (3528000000 Km)
Most daring aerobatic maneuver performed - Going forwards at 4000 mph, aiming backwards!

Disclaimer
The part count is slightly below what the challenge specifies, but keeping the parts count lower allows for higher speeds with lower lag.
