Today I built a turboprop advanced light attack trainer aircraft, it seems like an aircraft that functions as an anti-guerrilla aircraft for short-range attack training.
NA-29 Kutilang
The NA-29 Kutilang is a light anti-guerrilla advanced attack training aircraft for border air patrols and anti-rebel missions. This aircraft was built at PT DI as an advanced training aircraft that can be armed by the Indonesian Air Force.
Variant NA-29 A/B
The initial version of the NA-29A/B is an update with advanced training capabilities that can be armed. This aircraft has improved aircraft structural components and radar-powered engines and advanced digital avionics and new Fly-by-wire technology including bulletproof and heat-resistant glass cockpit and heat and fire-resistant materials including protecting the aircraft from enemy bullets.
Variant NA-29 C/D
The new NA-29C/D variant is an upgrade of the new aircraft structural components, heat-resistant bulletproof glass cockpit, heat-resistant and bullet-resistant radar, better performance, can be equipped with weapons according to combat capabilities and AI digital avionics modifications can lighten the crew's workload and provide better intensive combat training.
Variant NA-29 E/F
The NA-29 E/F variant is the maximum update after the initial update where the components and structure are improved, bullet and heat resistant components, equipped with better engine protection, digital avionics, special bullet and heat resistant glass cockpit, new engine, new radar, uses AI to lighten the load of TNI flight crews when on duty or on missions, up to an increase in fuel tanks and can be equipped with weapons according to mission requirements.
Engine
The NA-29 Kutilang uses the Austro E-4 engine, the same turboprop engine as the DA-62. This engine has better capabilities than the previous engine because it can improve performance and better defense.
