In the absence of jet engine technology in Antarea, 2 new turboprop aircraft were commissioned; one attack aircraft, one fighter.
This new attack aircraft, the skyreaper, was designed as a low maintenance, single seat, low altitude attack aircraft that used a powerful engine driving 2 contra rotating turboprops as an alternative to a jet engine. Due to lack of ATGMs, as only the AtA missile project was complete, the aircraft carried 28 dumbfire rockets, and 2 large bombs
