Have you dreamed of an Anti-EVERYTHING vehicle? Yes? No? Well, I HAVE. And it turns out it actually existed!
Long short story, the ADATS (Air Defense-Anti Tank System) development started in the 70s by Oerlikon-Buhrle (posteriorly Rheinmetall Air Defense) with the colaboration of Martin Marietta (now part of Lockheed Martin) from 1979. The first MIM-146 and ADATS test occoured in 1981. As for the M113 Variant.. Canada became the launch-client for the ADATS for it's LLADS (Low-Level Air Defense System) program. 36 units were delivered, which remained in service until 2012.
Equipment:
8x MIM-146
... that's about it.
Controls:
Accelerate, Reverse: Pitch
Turn: Yaw
Brakes: Brake
Retract Landing Gear: Turn on Radar
For turret control, you can fully rotate, elevate and partly depress the turret with the "TV Targetting" Camera... you also have to lock missiles with it.
To imitate MIM-146s Beam-Riding mechanic, I've decided to use semi-active guiding, within a small, 25-degree lock on angle. Yes, you have to guide the missiles like this with your camera.
Special thanks to:
dekanii: F2U M113 Chassis
(the Bradley version will come right away. I've posted too much for today)

@Gander I will surely look forward into it
@dekanii Yes. I had to disable collisions on nearly every part of the turret for it to finally work haha. Worth every single second. I'll be making more designs (an aircraft is next) on time, you'll see
@Gander Ill check it out, I love how you managed to make the turret though, its very good
.
And yes, I'll keep the interior on my M113 intact, it's one of the unique features my M113 has to offer from others on this site
.
Also, i believe you can set the collision on some of the parts on the turret to "true", since it was set to false by default, and i believed that contributed to the "bug" you were referring to
@dekanii Nice!!- Uh uh, i mean, good i guess. I assume unlike this version, the M113 has it's interior fully intact? Also, believe me when i say, the TV sensor, with it's unorthodox shape along with the complex radar were a TORTURE to make (and not bug the vehicle into oblivion). Also, if you liked this one, i reccomend you go visit my MMEV and Bradley ADATS posts, they have their good stuff too
@Gander Your most welcome
.
Well, i do plan to make the ADATS
good thing is i have already made the turret, although its simpler than yours
@dekanii Thanks for the M113 Chassis, again! Now that i see, you have a planned M113 ADATS yourself in your bio. If you want, you can use my design as base or something (this comment was WAY harder to say than it seems like, i might have ego issues)
Sweet, i love it !
