This is an offroad truck from the nation of Tyr. It was built in 1971, but was fairly old fashioned. It was heavy and slow, but was reliable and used in many different forms, from fire engine to fuel tanker. It fought for the rebellion army of Haikko in the 1978 Tyr Civil War, often used to destroy tanks, sometimes aircraft and Katyusha Missile Systems.
