This means more work for me. Not your fault, I just need to get off my ass and budget. Which still isn't done.

Anyhow, if you want to join then I suppose I should forward you the "application" that exists now that I've tried cataloging who's with the Eel Protectorate (btw it ain't Eel Army. That's only the ground forces, which as of yet RandomPlayer effectively heads development for).

A few ground rules/suggestions:

1. I don't want to ruin fun, but I'd prefer if submissions are remotely realistic. Not expecting replicas, and wackiness is great, but planes firing cannon shells larger than themselves at 600 rpm probably won't be accepted, at least not with great joy.
   Doing this to spite me will not lay the groundwork for a good relationship.
2. Original/mostly original work is preferred.
   This is not what I'm looking for. It entirely screws up any sense of balance in our arsenal. Way more powerful than the original, and not much effort involved. I included it on the assumption that it's an over-expensive deathtrap that will fall apart if someone isn't constantly welding something somewhere.
3. We need cheap! The Eel Protectorate doesn't have the best funding (still working out what that number will be so as to make it tight, but not crushing), so low-price low-end creations are preferred. Our flagship, the EPS Morrayge, is an ~80 year old unused coastal steamer hull converted into a gun-toting makeshift cruiser. Repurposed/heavily modified things are great, and are just the vibe I'm looking for. Mercenary is also accepted, to a point (See @Scrugy51, who I've logged as such).
4. This is more a politeness thing, but if I need information for accounting (which I'll admit I'm very slow with...) and ask a question, please try to get back to me. If you don't have an answer, tell me and I can make something up.
