The UTT carried troops, supplies, and small vehicles into and out of battle during WWIV. To drop the tank, activate group one, then slide VTOL up, then deactivate group 1 and put VTOL down. Then activate group 2 to drop the tank, then while falling slide VTOL up for parachute. Then when it's on the ground, activate group 3 to detatch the chute. Thanks to @2411181496 for the tank.
