The Snow World Airlines started as a full service carrier, meant to compete against the Snowstone Airlines, a now formerly national carrier, they had a fleet of 12 Airbus A300s and 1 Boeing 707, the airline expanded in the 1980s, ordering 63 Airbus A330-200s, 24 Airbus A340-300, 54 Airbus A320 and 35 Boeing 737-300, further, in 2001, they ordered a huge bulk of Airbus planes, mostly 57 additional A330-200, 90 A340-600, 87 A350s, and 12 Boeing 787, but in 2008, the financial crisis hit, forcing the airline to reduce the 787 order to just 3, then in 2009, the airline regained some of the 787 order back to 7. In 2012, the airline ordered 47 Airbus A321neo, 44 additional A350-900s, and 43 A330neo. The A300, 737-300, 707 and some older A320s are retired nowadays, in 2017, the airline accepted the delivery of their first A321neo, which is registered C7-NEO. Meanwhile, their competitor, Snowstone Airlines, which is a former national carrier of Snowstone, is operating 10 Airbus A318, 29 A319, and 78 A330-300.
