The Fujian warship of the PLA Navy
Fujian (hull number: 18) of the PEOPLE's Liberation Army Navy (PLA) is China's first fully designed and built catapult-type aircraft carrier. It is equipped with a straight and long flight deck, electromagnetic ejection and blocking devices, and has a full displacement of over 80,000 tons.
Approved by the Central Military Commission on June 17, 2022, China's third aircraft carrier was named "Fujian Of the PLA Navy" with the hull number "18".
