The Phoenix is a multi-role fighter with a water skimming certification.
It is based primarily on the Wasp fuselage, with completely redesigned wings.

It is armed with shotgun gunpods, a minigun, 2 Guardians, 6 Interceptors, 2 250 lb bombs, and dual cannons.

The Phoenix is also water-skikming certified, although not recommended with a full combat load, as it can disable the missiles.
It is much preferred that the water-skimming features be used to escape combat zones.

There is not much fuel for this craft. Do no attempt to fly too far. It has enough to clear out an island's air traffic and land again.)
