This was my first time making a custom thumbnail so im excited to see how this works out :D

The General Dynamics Land Systems Abrams X was unveiled at a U.S. Army Exposition in October 2022 as a successor to the ageing M1 Abrams. Its design was heavily influenced from lessons learned in the Russia-Ukraine War, such as saving main gun ammunition for heavier targets, and the need for heavy secondary armaments to engage lighter targets effectively. Thus, GDLS's solution was a 30mm chain gun that belongs on a helicopter... idk whether to be mad or ok with it but it looks kinda cool, anyways.

The turret is camera controlled and features a neat little rotator system that keeps the camera level to assist aiming over diverse terrain.
