Fictional story
People refer to this aircraft as the "E190 copycat" because of it's design. Embraer even sued Country Aerospace for making an aircraft with an identical design. Goikian airlines simply ignored that flaw and purchased the aircraft anyways. Fortunately, Country Aerospace won the lawsuit and kept the aircraft in operation.
