History

In 1943 America was looking for a new jet to help them in the invasion of Tarawa. they looked a countless jets until a jet known as the XJF-1 and the XJF-7. the XJF-1 was a single seat single engine fighter aircraft with straight wings. as the XJF-7 was a single seat twin turbo jet engine fighter which also had a swing wing. both the XJFs where put into production but specifications and other thing like the invasion had started and pushed the jets to 1945 where they where then used in the fight with Germany and proved to be a excellent plane
