The black whisper is a project designed by Whisper industries and was founded by the government secretly until it was first tested on April 11th 2021 and was a success. It circled the word twice in one minute. Whisper industries will continue to make more models of the black whisper and will also be producing other models. This is the ninth version and has a 1000 increasesince the last one. Credit to engeneer for the modded engine and thats about it. Have fun
