A200 is the successor to the A300 “Cantarella”, making its first flight in 2001. The EX (Extended) variant would go on to become the best-selling model of the series. Initially, the A200 was envisioned as a shorter derivative of the A300, designed to eliminate the reliance on eastern or western-built aircraft and reduce operational costs for airlines already operating the A300.

The A200-1B was the first production variant, featuring a shorter fuselage than the A300 and equipped with new FD-10K engines that delivered greater thrust while maintaining the same fuel efficiency as the FD-9 engines used on the Cantarella. The A200-1B’s cabin accommodated 26 rows of seats in a 2x2x2 configuration, slightly smaller than its predecessor. Over time, many 1B units were converted into CEO and freighter variants, primarily serving with MontelliAero City Hopper and Pacific, flying to exclusive regional destinations. A handful of early A200-1Bs still operate with MontelliAero, serving domestic and neighboring routes.

Just so you know, this one’s not a fully VR-ready aircraft, most of the cockpit bits are just for show~ The flaps, trim, throttle, thrust reverse, and light switches are all there though, so it’s not completely useless~

I took the A300 and cut some parts while waiting for my flight out of Bali. Five hours stuck at the airport was just enough to finish this…but hey, don’t expect too much, mmkay~?
