This was The RLAF's, and later on (as a replacement to the Verra F) the RLNAF's primary interceptor/fighter/ground attacker. The reason for this was its outstanding maneuverability for its time (though now it's quite lacking), and the Advanced Radar system, which simoultaneously sends mulitple clones of the same radar wave, to strenghten it, though one downside to thst was its massive Radar Cross Section
