The Escort variant of the SHKS-404 is made to protect VIPs in trips during wartime or the threat of assassination. It houses a protective cabin with room for 4 VIPs, and other comforts for them. The important part is the protection. 1 way windows so only the passengers and drivers can see out. The Windows being made of a 10.5 inch thick bullet proof laminated glass layers, even then, the seats of passengers are not directly at windows, they are at the sides of the windows instead of in-front of them. Main walls of the passenger cabin are protected with a 5.5 inch Aluminum-Titanium composite. Added armor to driver's cabin is 4 inch aluminum armor, as well as the added spaced armor around the main body. The Escort variant also has auto warning system, where if a penetration or damage of armor is detected, a warning will call out on military frequencies according to the operator.
