Upgrade the blade.

The SCF-65 Super Scimitar builds on the foundation of the original Scimitar, integrating advanced stealth and electronic warfare capabilities inspired by the SCF-60 Comet. The program's revival in 2018 marked a significant leap in low-observable technology, leveraging improved radar jamming systems and refined composite materials to enhance survivability in contested airspace. Between 2018 and 2023, approximately 783 units were produced, reflecting a strong demand for its upgraded performance. This evolution of the Scimitar series further solidified Starcrest United’s commitment to developing cutting-edge multirole fighters that balance stealth, versatility, and combat effectiveness.

The SCF-65 Super Scimitar introduced a suite of upgrades that significantly enhanced its combat capabilities and survivability. Its avionics were improved, incorporating advanced flight control systems and sensor integration for superior situational awareness. A radar scrambler was added, bolstering its electronic warfare potential by disrupting enemy tracking and targeting systems.

To increase versatility, a modular belly pylon was implemented, allowing the aircraft to carry a range of ordnance or additional fuel tanks depending on mission requirements. More internal sensors were installed to refine target acquisition and battlefield data processing, complemented by an upgraded internal guidance computer that improved precision for guided munitions.
The aircraft also featured expanded heat-absorbing materials, further reducing its infrared signature and making it harder for heat-seeking weaponry to track. One of the most significant structural advancements was its composition—now built with 90% composite materials, enhancing durability while keeping weight low and radar visibility minimal. These refinements transformed the Super Scimitar into a next-generation multirole fighter, ensuring its effectiveness in modern warfare.

Regarding this specific aircraft...

This aircraft was part of the 37th Multirole Fighter Squadron "Sand Dancers" stationed at Alamo AFB in San Antonio, Texas. It was piloted by Corporal Darius "Hellraiser" Omar and served between 2019 and 2025. It saw action in Israel during the conflict against Hamas where Starcrest PMC forces assisted the IDF. Corporal Darius Omar achieved 6 air to air kills as well as 2 air to ground kills.

The Nilou livery was applied in 2023 by a fellow airman in Omar's unit after introducing him to the hit game Genshin Impact.
