Grain Guy does not control Mars, but they’re quite influential within the Martian Union as they form the sole connection to Graingy.
Graingy, and likely the Martian Union too, would most definitely send your rear to the next dimension if you crossed them, so I highly advise going too hard. Monarchii War-level weaponry would have you seen as a legitimate threat, thus leading to the ACTUAL powers stepping in. You don’t want that. I don’t want that. Grain Guy doesn’t even want that (after all, how else will they claim their glory?)
