The North American P-51H mustang was the last variant of the P-51 series of aircraft to be produced, and despite similar appearances, the P-51H has to the P-51D, almost all of its components are incompatible with its older brother. Only 555 P-51Hs were produced.
The P-51H primarily saw service with the National Guard as the mustangs deployed to Korea were only P-51Ds, which were worse in a lot of ways, not to mention it was too late to see action in WW2.
